Delicious vegetarian Pita pockets

I'm making this post a little less serious so that we can lighten it up around here and just post fun health and lifestyle related posts sometime.

Hey,

So as you guys know that I am a firm believer in vegetarianism and veganism and against animal cruelty and slaughter. So I thought I should post this recipe I found for you guys that is healthy, tasty and super easy to make.

All you need is yogurt, mint leaves, red bell peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic paste, mashed cucumber and Pita bread. So first you want to start of with the filling obviously and you're going to make the sauce first. You're going to want to take the yogurt and mix it with the mint, cucumber and garlic paste. after that you're gonna take some mushrooms and bell peppers. you're gonna make a little marinade from olive oil, rosemary,cloves and some elbow grease, you should let them set for at least 10 minutes so that they can suck in that marinade. After that you are just going to grill them and cut them in thin slices. You have pretty much made the filling, all you're going to do now is mix it with some diced tomatoes and that yogurt mixture and after that you're gonna put that inside some toasted Pitas and there you have it; a delicious and healthy recipe in 15 minutes.

I posted this so that people can learn that being vegetarian is better for your health, the environment and can taste just as good as meat. I also wanted to stray away from the serious and mind fuck posts so that you guys can just relax and read a fun article for once.


I really encourage you to try this recipe as it really is pretty good.
